new go-to recipe book, Lunchbox Bible

The bestselling authors of Baby Food Bible return with a new go-to recipe book, Lunchbox Bible, full of nutritionist-approved, healthy food that the whole family will enjoy.
empowering families
Authors Julia Tellidis and Lauren Skora bonded over “the chaos of new parenthood” as new parents, and in the years since have built a thriving business that focuses on providing “empowering families with the knowledge and nutritional understanding they need to feel confident, calm and connected around food”. Their bestselling cookbook, Baby Food Bible, consistently dominates the charts and was shortlisted for Illustrated Book of the Year at the ABIA awards in 2025.
a visual library
Lunchbox Bible covers the next stage in a child’s food journey, when they are starting to go to daycare, kinder or school. With 75 nut-free recipes and a visual library containing 75 different lunchboxes, this is a comprehensive guide that has been carefully created with time-poor parents in mind. The recipes are simple, quick, nutrient-dense, and are absolutely irresistible to kids (and parents).

“Our goal was to review the current food landscape and overhaul it with kids’ nutritional needs front of mind,” say Lauren and Jules, “When it came time to pack our own kids’ lunchboxes, we instantly understood the overwhelm that many parents experience. Figuring out how to build a lunchbox that was balanced…included enough variety and was tempting enough that our kids would actually eat it (or at least some of it!) was hard.”
satisfying for the whole family
Lunchbox Bible is an accessible resource, full of nutritionally dense recipes that provide an optimal balance of essential nutrients and macronutrients, ensuring kids will get a healthy mix of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fruit and vegetables to sustain them throughout the day. Recipes such as beefy bombs, OG bolo and fishy fritter balls are not just healthy, but delicious and satisfying for the whole family.
