Transgender women earn approximately 60 cents for every dollar earned by cisgender men. That disparity isn’t just a number — it’s a $24,800 annual shortfall that compounds with every raise not requested, every offer left un-negotiated, every promotion quietly missed. Over a 30-year career, it can quietly erase six figures from a life.
