“Psyarchy is raw, honest, young, queer, and very talented.” Brett Hayhoe.

Psyarchy’s debut EP, 17, unveils the internal battlefield they struggled with during their time in high school. With mental health being something personal and quite important to Psyarchy, it was never a question about if they should write about high school, but more a matter of how.close to Psyarchy’s heart, 17, is their first big step into the industry revealing the deepest sides of themselves touching on topics like; depression, anxiety, oppression and harassment.

This alt-pop EP was forged by Psyarchy’s feeling that they had no one to reach out to, and so their main goal is to reach out to the world and let those in the same situation feel not as lonely as Psyarchy did themselves.
Discussing their music, Psyarchy says, “As a queer artist, I only want to uplift everyone and be a beacon for all the lonely people to come together, so no one has to go through what I did during high school. That’s
what I hope to express with 17.”

Psyarchy is a distinctive and empowering queer artist unafraid to speak their truth. Their debut EP 17 is set for release on 17th October 2025. The October issue of Q Magazine is online now at Q MAGAZINE.MEDIA MAGZTER and PRESSREADER.
